Famous sights
Saigon is one of the major cities in Vietnam, so Saigon tourist attractions always attract a large number of domestic and foreign tourists to visit and explore. Many unique destinations with a variety of activities promise to bring you many interesting experiences.

Notre Dame Cathedral in Saigon
This church is an architectural masterpiece located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. This neo-Romanesque building, built by French settlers in the 19th century, is a must-see for lovers of architecture and culture. Two majestic towers and colorful stained glass windows make this a place worth seeing amid the hustle and bustle of the city. A visit to Saigon Our Lady Cathedral offers a fascinating insight into Vietnam's colonial history and adds a captivating cultural dimension to your trip.

Sai Gon center Post Office
When you are visiting Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, just look across the street and you will see the Saigon Central Post Office. This dominion structure was completed in 1891 under the rule of French Indochina and is one of the most notable examples of French colonial architecture in all of Vietnam (and possibly even Southeast Asia). Visitors are free to take photos of the stunning exterior architecture and can even take a peek inside, as the Saigon Central Post Office still handles the city's post office to this day! A fun activity, besides taking photos of the large maps painted on the ceiling, marble floors and antique telephone boxes on display, is to send letters or postcards from this historic site. Send a little something for yourself and have a fun souvenir from Ho Chi Minh waiting for you when you get home!

Vietnam War Museum
For an enriching experience, visit the Vietnam War Museum, located not far from Cho Lon. This fascinating museum traces the country's tumultuous history through insightful war-related exhibits, images, and artifacts. You will discover the touching story of the Vietnamese people's struggle for independence.

Saigon Opera House
The Saigon Opera House, or City Theater, was originally built to entertain Saigon's growing middle class during the French colonial period. This can be called a miniature copy of the Hanoi Opera House, built from 1901 to 1911 and shaped like the Garnier Opera House in Paris with 800 seats. This beautiful structure owes its characteristics to the work of the famous architect Félix Olivier when built under the supervision of two architects named Ernest Guichard and Eugène Ferret in 1900. According to the style Far from the "brilliant" side of the French Third Republic, the theater was built two meters above street level with two layers of doors to block out traffic noise. From the inscriptions to the furniture, all were painted by a French artist and the applied decorations, railings, cartouches and roofs were all imported from France.

AO displayed
A great way to experience the historic Opera House is to book an AO Show. A O - originates from Lang Pho, meaning 'village, city'. A O Show tells a fascinating story about the transition from the peaceful life of the countryside to the fast-paced urban life of modern South Vietnam. The soul of village life and a stark contrast to the familiar scenes of the city, are beautifully recreated with bamboo. The stunning simplicity of the bamboo props creates an awe-inspiring circus of acrobatics, contortions, juggling and acrobatic performances. Throughout the program, traditional and modern music blend richly, performed live with 17 musical instruments. A O Show has become a world-famous circus, highly appreciated by critics in 13 countries.
